Cuando lo pre-psíquico emerge en la situación analítica

    A partir de una vivencia de desintegración perceptual experimentada por el analista, los autores exploran la hipótesis de que esta ocurrió como resonancia, en el registro psicosomático del analista, de vivencias no simbolizadas por su paciente y que no se logró integrar en la dimensión ideoasociativa de la sesión. A partir de lo cual surge la pregunta acerca de cómo trabajar clínicamente con dichas áreas de lo pre-psíquico. Se revisan conceptos teóricos de R. Roussillon sobre fenómenos pre-psíquicos, subjetivación, simbolización primaria, deconstrucción del narcisismo. Asimismo, se exploran los “actos mensajeros” descriptos por R. Roussillon, como vía de acceso a ese enigmático mundo. También se revisa el concepto técnico de regrediencia, desarrollado por C. Botella, con el objetivo de comprender las transiciones desde lo pre-psíquico hacia el psiquismo. El mito de Orfeo –como viaje hacia el inframundo y vuelta al mundo– es utilizado como metáfora de la regrediencia hacia el polo endoalucinatorio, como posibilidad de transformar evolutivamente aspectos pre-psíquicos en psíquicos. La hipótesis es explorada en el proceso analítico, seleccionando cuatro “actos clínicos”.

    When the pre-psychic emerges in the analytical situation. Based on an experience of perceptual disintegration experienced by the analyst, the authors explore the hypothesis that this occurred due to the resonance, in the psychosomatic register of the analyst, of experiences that were not symbolized by the patient and that were not integrated in the association of ideas during the session. The question arises as to how to work clinically with these areas of the pre-psychic. R. Roussillon’s theoretical concepts on pre-psychic phenomena, subjectivation, primary symbolization and the deconstruction of narcissism are reviewed. Likewise, the “messenger acts” described by Roussillon are explored as a way of access to this enigmatic world. The technical concept of “regredience”, developed by C. Botella, is also revisited in order to understand the transitions from the pre-psychic to the psychism. The myth of Orpheus —as a journey to the underworld and a return to the world— is used as a metaphor of regredience towards the endohallucinatory pole, as a possibility to transform evolutionary pre-psychic aspects into psychic ones. The hypothesis is explored in the analytical process by selecting four “clinical acts”.
