Este texto problematiza la cura en psicoanálisis a partir de las improntas de la actualidad que conlleva la práctica clínica. Tiene como eje de análisis y punto de partida la noción de que “no hay vida sin el Otro”. Desde ahí, se propone pensar al trauma ligado al dolor, a lo social y a las rupturas psíquicas tempranas, pero también apuntar la experiencia de un inconsciente ligado a la creación y a la experiencia estética, en una escucha sensible. Es decir, la otredad que se muestra en su ausencia-presencia. A través de los “estados límite”, como paradigma clínico, entendemos el malestar social que se manifiesta en la pérdida de puntos de referencia, característica del lazo social contemporáneo. Reflexionamos en la dirección de la cura desde los aportes de las etapas tempranas, junto a Freud, Green y Winnicott y Lacan. La idea es proponer y abordar la constitución subjetiva desde la dimensión política de la existencia humana pensada desde el psicoanálisis, y el lugar central del inconsciente, desde elementos que lo enriquezcan o deconstruyan, que no estén cerrados a lo extraño y a lo diverso.

The non-response of the other: some questions about the cure. This paper examines the problems of the cure in psychoanalysis from the imprints of the present that clinical practice entails. It has as its axis of analysis and starting point the notion that “there is no life without the Other”. It proposes to reflect on the trauma linked to pain, to the social life and early mental breakdowns, but also to point out the experience of an unconscious linked to creation and aesthetic experience in a sensitive listening. That is to say, the otherness that shows itself in its absence-presence. Taking “borderline states” as a clinical paradigm, the social malaise evident in the loss of reference points, characteristic of contemporary social bonds, is examined. The direction of the cure is reflected upon based on the contributions of Freud, Green, Winnicott and Lacan on the early stages. The idea is to approach the subjective constitution taking into account the political dimension of human existence thought psychoanalytically, and to examine the central place of the unconscious and the elements that enrich or deconstruct it, without closing oneself to the strange and the diverse.
