    Resumen: Como parte de la investigación titulada Régimen Jurídico de Protección al Consumidor, se presenta a la comunidad académica el presente artículo que hace referencia principal a los resultados obtenidos a partir del estudio del marco jurídico relacionado con la protección de los derechos del consumidor y de la aplicación de los instrumentos diseñados para medir la variable objeto de estudio: efectividad de la norma jurídica que regula el derecho de los consumidores a la calidad de los electrodomésticos.     Abstract: As part of the investigation entitled Legal Regime for Consumer Protection, this article is presented to the academic community, which makes main reference to the results obtained from the study of the legal framework related to the protection of consumer rights and the application of the instruments designed to measure the variable under study: effectiveness of the legal norm that regulates the right of consumers to the quality of electrical appliances.
