    Este documento tiene como fin, presentar un panorama sobre la utilización de herramientas tecnológicas que permiten procesar importantes volúmenes y variedad de datos (BIG DATA ) para luego ser evaluados y analizados eficientemente, interactuando con variables sociales, políticas, económicas y culturales. Identificando patrónes con machine learning (INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL) que permiten predecir relaciones, comportamientos, y tendencias en fenómenos sociales como lo es, el reclutamiento forzado de niños, niñas y adolescentes (NNA) en Colombia en el marco del conflicto interno armado, y que actualmente son utilizados por “Bandas Criminales” (BACRIM), conocidas oficialmente por el estado como “Grupos Armados Organizados” (GAO), “Grupos Delincuenciales Organizados” (GDO) o “Grupos Armados Organizados Residuales” (GAOR), y otros actores como la “Guerrilla del ELN” y las disidencias de la “Guerrilla EX FARC”.

    El trabajo se desarrolló en tres fases, la primera fase corresponde a la organización, anonimización e incorporación de los datos. En segundo lugar, se presentan los análisis descriptivos de datos con las diversas fuentes con el fin de entender las fuentes iniciales y complementar los datos para la descripción con métodos estadísticos que sirvan para orientar los análisis subsiguientes a partir de modelos e hipótesis formales. Posteriormente, se explican los análisis realizados sobre estimaciones, clusters y redes de reclutamiento. Se obtienen resultados con las simulaciones y la dinámica de los algoritmos donde se establece la punta del iceberg con 14 de los 32 departamentos de Colombia con posibilidad mayor de un reclutamiento forzado escalonado.

    The purpose of this document is to present an overview of the use of technological tools that allow the processing of large volumes and variety of data (BIG DATA) to later be evaluated and analyzed efficiently, interacting with social, political, economic and cultural variables. Identifying patterns with machine learning (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE) that allow predicting relationships, behaviors, and trends in social phenomena such as the forced recruitment of children and adolescents (NNA) in Colombia in the framework of the internal armed conflict, and that currently are used by “Criminal Gangs” (BACRIM), officially known by the state as “Organized Armed Groups” (GAO), “Organized Criminal Groups” (GDO) or “Residual Organized Armed Groups” (GAOR), and other actors such as the “ELN Guerrilla” and the dissidents of the “EX FARC Guerrilla”.

    The work was carried out in three phases, the first phase corresponds to the organization, anonymization and incorporation of the data. Secondly, the descriptive analyzes of data with the various sources are presented in order to understand the initial sources and complement the data for the description with statistical methods that serve to guide subsequent analyzes based on models and formal hypotheses. Subsequently, the analyzes carried out on estimates, clusters and recruitment networks are explained.

    Results are obtained with the simulations and the dynamics of the algorithms where the tip of the iceberg is established with 14 of the 32 departments of Colombia with a greater possibility of staggered forced recruitment.
