    Iusnaturalism and positivism are the two great currents of legal thought developed in the last twentysix centuries. Most eminent professors said that it cannot be said which of them is correct, although Spain is the cradle of natural law conception, and in Europe prevails positivism. All the law order must be in accordance with the human reason.
