Resumen de Repensar la esfera pública: una contribución de los administradores en la gestión pública

  La aparición de los sistemas de información electrónicos y del Internet han influido sobre la capacidad de respuesta y funcionamiento del sistema público y en algunas funciones medulares del Estado, al tiempo que algunos cambios socioeconómicos, políticos y reglamentarios han revolucionado los instrumentos de gestión y el comportamiento de los funcionarios, haciendo necesaria la exploración de factores que direccionan los retos del administrador ante el nuevo horizonte de la administración pública.Para explorar estos factores, se llevó a cabo un análisis bibliométrico por medio de la base de datos Scopus, obteniendo un total de 548 artículos sobre la temática, revisados a partir de indicadores bibliométricos. Entre los principales resultados conseguidos, está que las tendencias en este campo se encuentran orientadas hacia la sostenibilidad pública, actitudes hacia el cambio, capital humano, cooperación, gobierno electrónico y motivación del servicio público.

  The appearance of electronic information systems and the Internet has influenced the response capacity, the operation of the public system and in some core functions of the State; In turn, socioeconomic, political, and regulatory changes have revolutionized the management instruments and the behavior of officials, making it necessary to explore factors that address the challenges of the administrator in the new horizon of public administration. The present study was carried out from a bibliometric analysis through the Scopus database, obtaining a total of 548 articles on the subject, which were analyzed from bibliometric indicators. Among the results, it is observed that the trends in this field are oriented towards public sustainability, attitudes towards change, human capital, cooperation, electronic government, and motivation of the public service.
