Resumen de La responsabilidad social como medio para fortalecer las competencias investigativas, rol investigador y la producción científica

  Las Instituciones de Educación Superior en el Perú están sujetas a dos procesos complementarios: la Acreditación y el Licenciamiento. Dichas casas de estudio, en el ámbito local, regional y nacional ponen en riesgo lograr la aprobación en dichos procesos por las escasas investigaciones, innovaciones y acciones de responsabilidad social de los docentes. Es por ello, que la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo, establecer acciones de responsabilidad social como medio para fortalecer las competencias investigativas de los equipos impulsores en su el rol de docente investigador en la Escuela de Educación Superior Pedagógica Pública “Piura”. Para tal fin el estudio se enmarca en el paradigma positivista, con un enfoque cuantitativo bajo la modalidad de estudio Informe de Proyecto de Acción, de nivel descriptivo. La población y muestra fueron los docentes de la Escuela de Educación Superior Pedagógica Pública “Piura”. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la entrevista estructurada aplicada a los docentes para conocer si habían realizado investigaciones o innovaciones, como instrumento se empleó el cuestionario y luego se realizó el análisis que condujo al diseño de las acciones. Se concluyó que con el establecimiento de las acciones de  responsabilidad social como medio para fortalecer las competencias investigativas en los docentes de la Escuela de Educación Superior Pedagógica Pública “Piura”, se buscó capacitar al personal en el área de la investigación y producción científica, motivado a que es un área donde se ha notado una gran debilidad institucional.

  Institutions of Higher Education in Peru are subject to two complementary processes: Accreditation and Licensing. These study houses, at the local, regional and national level, put at risk achieving approval in said processes due to the scarce research, innovations and social responsibility actions of teachers. For this reason, the objective of this research was to establish social responsibility actions as a means to strengthen the investigative competencies of the driving teams in their role as research teachers at the "Piura" Public Pedagogical Higher Education School. To this end, the study is framed within the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach under the Action Project Report study modality, at a descriptive level. The population and sample were the teachers of the "Piura" Public Pedagogical Higher Education School. The data collection technique was the structured interview applied to teachers to find out if they had carried out research or innovations, the questionnaire was used as an instrument and then the analysis that led to the design of the actions was carried out. It was concluded that with the establishment of social responsibility actions as a means to strengthen investigative skills in teachers of the "Piura" Public Pedagogical Higher Education School, the aim was to train staff in the area of scientific research and production, motivated because it is an area where great institutional weakness has been noted.
