El presente estudio se propuso realizar un análisis del clima organizacional y el rol del docente investigador para alcanzar la satisfacción profesional, lo cual permitirá la retroalimentación de los procesos y mejorar todos aquellos factores que influyen negativamente en el marco de las ciencias administrativas en el sector educativo; en tal marco de ideas, el trabajose desarrolló empleando el diseño documental, bibliográfico y no experimental, de tipo descriptivo, se emplearon técnicas como el análisis de contenido e instrumentos como la ficha, el resumen. Fueron visitados centros de investigación con la finalidad delocalizar fuentes y trabajos previos. Se concluye: un ambiente organizacional equilibrado es un elemento vinculante en la satisfacción profesional en las organizaciones educativas, evidentemente se refleja en el producto y calidad del hecho educativo, el rol del docente como investigador es fundamental, en este sentido, los trabajos y las investigaciones no logran ver a la institución escolar como una empresa de producción. Es relevante la revisión de la importancia del clima organizacional en la satisfacción profesional y el rol que ha de realizar el docente como investigador para impulsar este proceso
The purpose of this study was to analyze the organizational climate and the role of the teacher-researcher in order to achieve professional satisfaction, provide feedback to the processes and improve all those factors that negatively influence the framework of administrative sciences in the educational sector; within this framework of ideas, the work was developed through a documentary, bibliographic and non-experimental design, of a descriptive type, using techniques such as content analysis and instruments such as the file and the summary. Research centers were visited to locate sources and previous works. It is concluded: a balanced organizational climate is a binding element in the professional satisfaction in educational organizations, evidently reflected in the product and quality of the educational fact, the role of the teacher as a researcher is fundamental, in this sense, the works and researches fail to see the school institution as a producing company.
