  El desempleo es una problemática que está afectando al mundo entero, y una de grandes estrategias que minimiza los efectos del desempleo es el emprendimiento. Es por ello que el propósito de esta investigación es Fortalecer las competencias emprendedoras en los moradores del sector “El Fortín” De La Ciudad De Guayaquil. Esta investigación se abordó desde una perspectiva cuantitativa, con la modalidad de campo. La población y la muestra estuvo constituido por 34 habitantes del sector el fortín de la ciudad de Guayaquil. La recolección de datos se realizó a través de la observación y la encuesta. Se obtuvo como resultado que los habitantes del sector el Fortín reconocen que tienen algunas debilidades en área de emprendimiento, no obstante manifestaron disposición en fortalecersus competencias en el área. Por lo que se concluye que esta experiencia vivencial, permitió desarrollar y fortalecer competencias en los emprendedores, lo que garantiza la dinamización económica en el sector de estudio.

  Unemployment is a problem that is affecting the entire world, and one of the great strategies that minimizes the effects of unemployment is entrepreneurship. That is why the purpose of this research is to strengthen entrepreneurial skills in the residents of the sector "El Fortin" of the city of Guayaquil. This research was approached from a quantitative perspective, with the field modality. The population and the sample consisted of 34 inhabitants of the "El Fortin" sector of the city of Guayaquil. Data collection was carried out through observation and survey. As a result, the inhabitants of the El Fortin sector recognized that they have some weaknesses in the area of entrepreneurship, however, they expressed their willingness to strengthen their skills in this area. Therefore, it is concluded that this experiential experience allowed the development and strengthening of competencies in the entrepreneurs, which guarantees the economic dynamization of the sector under study.
