    El TSJ de Madrid, consolida su postura favorable al reconocimiento flexible de laudos extranjeros y su tendencia a respetar la actuación del Tribunal Arbitral (o árbitro único). Ambas cuestiones, junto con la diferencia de análisis a la hora de considerar el reconocimiento y posterior ejecución de un laudo extranjero ya reconocido, son la base sobre la que se asienta el criterio del TSJ de Madrid en el Auto que se comenta para otorgar, de manera amplia, el reconocimiento de la resolución arbitral extranjera en cuestión.

    The High Court of Justice of Madrid, consolidates its position in favor of the flexible recognition of foreign awards and its tendency to respect the performance of the Arbitral Tribunal (or sole arbitrator). Both issues, together with the difference of analysis when considering the recognition and subsequent enforcement of a foreign award already recognized, are the basis on which the criteria of the High Court of Justice of Madrid is based in the Order to grant, in a broad manner, the recognition of the foreign arbitral decision in question.
