  • This chapter describes the situation of purpose-driven companies in Chile and the system for benefit and collective interest companies, which have been discussed in Congress since 2017. This requires contextualizing the reception of certified B Corps in the country since 2012 and the different bills that have been presented to regulate them. Only one of them has prospered, although without positive results thus far
