  • Resumen
    • Eight species of Textularia (T. cf. T. aegyptica, T. cf. T. agglutinans, T. cushmani, T. foliacea, T. foliacea occidentalis, T. cf. T. fungiformis, T. “sp. nov.” Barker, T. sp.) and two species of Spiroplectammina (S. kerimbaensis, S. cf. S. taiwanica) are recorded from Recent sediments of the Gulf of Elat between 10 and 500 m depth. Their taxonomy is discussed on the basis of light- and scanning electron microscopy. The new genus Neoseptigerina is proposed for Septigerina floridana (Cushman). All species and their wall-structure are illustrated by SEMicrographs and the biometric data are summarized on graphs.
