La ausencia de representación femenina en situación laboral es un dato que surge de un estudio macro. En un relevamiento de más de 400 imágenes publicitarias en Para Ti _revista con un siglo en el mercado editorial argentino_ se identifica una serie fotográfica que ofrece la única referencia a mujeres en situación laboral. De allí se elabora un estudio de caso en el que se presenta un análisis semiótico y una propuesta discursiva en clave femvertising, perspectiva publicitaria que pretende superar el sexismo a través de una representación femenina vinculada a la autonomía, al equilibrio entre vida laboral y afectiva, evitando el foco casi exclusivo en el cuidado del cuerpo, la belleza y la estética.
The absence of female representation in employment situation is a data that emerges from a macro study. In a survey of more than 400 advertising images in Para Ti _a magazine with a century in the Argentine publishing market_ a photographic series is identified that offers the only reference to women in employment. From there, a case study is elaborated in which a semiotic analysis and a discursive proposal are presented in a femvertising key, an advertising perspective that aims to overcome sexism through a female representation linked to autonomy, to the balance between work and affective life, avoiding the almost exclusive focus on body care, beauty and aesthetics.
