Los microcréditos grupales en las condiciones de vida de los habitantes del cantón portoviejo, 2019-2020

    El objetivo de esta investigación radica en analizar el impacto del microcrédito en las condiciones de vida de los habitantes del cantón Portoviejo. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación de enfoque cualitativo-cuantitativo, se realizó, en primera instancia, una revisión a la literatura abarcando temáticas relacionadas con los microcréditos grupales y su incidencia en las condiciones de vida. Por otro lado, se realizó una encuesta con la intención de determinar las condiciones de vida antes y después de acceder a microcréditos grupales. La población que se involucró en el proceso investigativo fue de 170 personas, para lo cual se determinó una muestra de 119 habitantes del cantón Portoviejo. Los principales resultados indican que los microcréditos grupales inciden de forma positiva en las condiciones de vida de las personas. De manera general este estudio reconoce que los microcréditos grupales representan una fuente de financiación que permite a los beneficiarios al obtener mayores ingresos y mejorar sus condiciones de vida en aspectos relacionados con: educación, alimentación, vivienda, salud y bienestar.

    The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of microcredit on the living conditions of the beneficiaries of the inhabitants of the Portoviejo canton. For the development of this research with a qualitative-quantitative approach, a review of the literature was carried out, in the first instance, covering topics related to group microcredits and their impact on living conditions. On the other hand, a survey was carried out with the intention of determining the living conditions before and after accessing group microcredits. The population that was involved in the investigative process was 170 people, for which a sample of 119 inhabitants of the Portoviejo canton was determined. The main results indicate that group microcredits have a positive impact on people's living conditions. In general, this study recognizes that group microcredits represent a source of financing, which allows beneficiaries to obtain higher income and improve their living conditions in aspects related to education, food, housing, health and well-being.
