More than seven million people fled Venezuela during the first two decades of the 21st century. With the spread of Covid-19, the frontiers were closed, and the international emigration of the population stopped. Today, at the end of the pandemic, the country is trying to build a new way of doing things. Even more, the Venezuelan government has introduced some economic changes that have helped revive the economy in a new and attractive way for various groups. The background mentioned above supports the main objective of this qualitative research: to know if the migratory pattern and the opinions of Venezuelans, who live inside and outside the country, have changed after facing different difficulties in their daily life. To carry on this study, we chose a sample of sixty-seven people interviewed in Venezuela and various host countries during the first and second semesters of 2022. The testimonies of our interviewees allowed the construction of six scenarios.
