    Este trabajo analiza la sentencia de la Corte Suprema que declaró el secreto o reserva de las actas de las sesiones celebradas entre 1989 y 2005 del Consejo de Seguridad Nacional. A través de esta sentencia se revirtió parcialmente el criterio del Consejo para la Transparencia y la Corte de Apelaciones de Santiago.
