Resumen de O desenvolvimento rural a partir da teoria ator-rede: uma abordagem territorial

  The objective of this essay is to carry out a theoretical analysis of the exogenous and endogenous elements and the relationships that contribute to rural development, as well as an effort to reflect on the interconnections of the short and long networks of rural development and, finally, we discuss the contributions of the Actor-Network theory for contemporary sociology. As a result, it is indicated that the discovery of crises of development, be it the capitalist or socialist model, and the respective impacts on rural spaces, produce a set of criticisms and new proposals of analysis and intervention in reality. In this sense, the contributions of the discussion around the notion of territory, strongly anchored in Geography, and of Actor-Network Theory, offer us indispensable elements to understand the rural and its development.

  O objetivo deste ensaio é realizar uma análise teórica dos elementos exógenos e endógenos e as relações que contribuem para o desenvolvimento rural, bem como, realiza-se um esforço na tentativa de refletir sobre as interconexões das redes curtas e longas de desenvolvimento rural e, por fim, abordamos as contribuições da Teoria Ator-Rede para a sociologia contemporânea. Como resultados, indica-se que a constatação das crises de desenvolvimento, seja o modelo capitalista ou socialista, e os respectivos impactos nos espaços rurais, produzem um conjunto de críticas e novas propostas de análise e intervenção na realidade. Nesse sentido, as contribuições da discussão em torno da noção de território, fortemente ancorada na Geografia, e a Teoria Ator-Rede, nos oferecem elementos indispensáveis para compreender o rural e seu desenvolvimento.
