Resumen de Situaciones de aprendizaje: Naturaleza, significación y alcance

Expresan, en su preámbulo, los reales decretos por los que se establecen la ordenación y las enseñanzas mínimas1 , promulgados en el segundo trimestre del curso 2021/2022, que “con el fin de facilitar al profesorado su propia práctica, se propone una definición de situación de aprendizaje y se enuncian orientaciones para su diseño2 ”. Esto es, emerge “una herramienta eficaz para integrar los elementos curriculares” con la finalidad de contextualizar, experimentar y transferir el aprendizaje, así como generar motivación y compromiso por el mismo.En el presente artículo se pretende realizar un análisis de algunos rasgos pedagógicos y el estudio de determinadas disposiciones normativas que dan naturaleza a las situaciones de aprendizaje. A continuación se tratará de valorar si la significación y alcance de la regulación de las administraciones educativas estiman las principales características, que las orientaciones de la normativa básica reseñada enuncian, y se orienta al profesorado para que planifique su actuación docente conforme a las mismas.

In their preamble, the royal decrees establishing the organization and minimum teaching, promulgated in the second quarter of the 2021/2022 academic year, state that "in order to facilitate teachers' own practice, a definition of a learning situation is proposed and guidelines for its design are set out". That is, it emerges "an effective tool for integrating curricular elements" with the aim of contextualizing, experiencing and transferring learning, as well as generating motivation and commitment to it.This article aims to analyze some pedagogical features and the study of certain normative provisions that give nature to learning situations. We will then try to assess whether the significance and scope of the regulation of the educational administrations estimate the main characteristics that the guidelines of the basic regulations outlined above enunciate, and guide teachers to plan their teaching activities in accordance with them.
