Resumen de Gestão do ativo intangível na área governamental: uma análise da produção científica em periódicos nacionais e internacionais

  O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar quais os apontamentos teóricos e práticas mais relevantes da produção científica em periódicos nacionais e internacionais pertinente à gestão do ativo intangível na área governamental. Realizou-se pesquisa quantitativa, descritiva e bibliográfica. A pesquisa bibliométrica foi realizada em periódicos online, sobre o tema gestão do ativo intangível e/ou capital intelectual em Municípios, Estados e Autarquias. Foram pesquisados artigos na base Scopus -Periódicos Capes, com a temática Gestão do Ativo Intangível no Setor Público e Gestão do Capital Intelectual no Setor Público. Obteve-se o retorno de 1.004 artigos utilizando as palavras: Gestão do Ativo Intangível no setor público e 2.840 Gestão do Capital Intelectual no setor público, os quais, após filtros aplicados a amostra, restaram 12 artigos a serem analisados a partir de análise descritiva. A maioria dos estudos concentra-se na gestão de capital realizado em instituições de ensino superior. Conclui-se que o estudo de gestão do ativo intangível na área governamental é incipiente e apresenta lacunas a serem aprofundadas.

  The objective of this work is to identify the most relevant theoretical and practical notes of scientific production in national and international journals relevant to the management of intangible assets in the government area. Quantitative, descriptive and bibliographic research was carried out. Bibliometric research was carried out in online journals, on the topic of managing intangible assets and/or intellectual capital in Municipalities, States and Municipalities. Articles were searched in the Scopus -Periódicos Capes database, with the theme Intangible Asset Management in the Public Sector and Intellectual Capital Management in the Public Sector. A return of 1,004 articles was obtained using the words: Intangible Asset Management in the public sector and 2,840 Intellectual Capital Management in the public sector, which, after filters applied to the sample, remained 12 articles to be analyzed from descriptive analysis. Most studies focus on capital management carried out in higher education institutions. It is concluded that the study of intangible asset management in the governmental area is incipient and presents gaps to be deepened.
