Resumen de O estudo dos gêneros do discurso a partir do método sociológico: Uma análise das dimensões social e verbo-visual de uma tirinha de Alexandre Beck

  As language scholars and teachers of Portuguese, we are interested in working with a living and concrete language. This requires that the discourses/discursive genres be analyzed from a sociological methodological order, as explained by Voloshinov (2018). In this perspective, it is necessary to consider the social (extraverbal) and verbal dimensions of the genres, in addition to their inseparable constitutive elements -thematic content (theme), the compositional construction and the style of the texts-statements- that, together, produce the meanings of the text. For a better understanding of the concepts mentioned, we carry out an analysis based on a specific statement-text, an example of the strip/strip genre, intertwined with theoretical reflections by authors such as Bakhtin (2003, 2016), Voloshinov ( 2018, 2019). ), Faraco, Castro and Tezza (2007), Brait (2018a, 2018b), Brait and Amorim (2020), Sobral (2009), among others, brought here to help us in the analysis of the text- Statement used as an example for our research through the sociological and, mainly, sociohistorical method, as proposed by Bakhtin. From the study carried out, it is evident that the elements that constitute the genre are intertwined and that, in fact, the meaning is only possible if the non-verbalized and verbalized parts of the text-statement are considered.

  Como estudiosos da linguagem e professores de língua portuguesa, interessa-nos um trabalho com a língua viva e concreta. Isso requer que os gêneros do discurso/discursivos sejam analisados a partir de uma ordem metodológica sociológica, tal como explicitada por Volóchinov (2018). Nessa perspectiva, faz-se necessário considerar a dimensão social (extraverbal) e verbal dos gêneros, além de seus elementos constituintes indissociáveis – o conteúdo temático (tema), a construção composicional e o estilo dos textos-enunciados –, os quais, unidos, produzem os sentidos do texto. A fim de que os conceitos mencionados sejam melhor compreendidos, realizamos uma análise com base em um texto-enunciado concreto, um exemplar do gênero tira/tirinha, entrelaçando a reflexões teóricas de autores como Bakhtin (2003, 2016), Volóchinov (2018, 2019), Faraco, Castro e Tezza (2007), Brait (2018a, 2018b), Brait e Amorim (2020), Sobral (2009), entre outros, trazidos aqui para nos auxiliarem nas análises do texto-enunciado utilizado como exemplo para nossa investigação por meio do método sociológico e, principalmente, sócio-histórico, como propõe Bakhtin. Com base no estudo realizado, fica evidente que os elementos que constituem o gênero estão entrelaçados e que a significação de fato só é possível se considerada a parte não verbalizada e a verbalizada do texto-enunciado.
