Resumen de Estratégia e o balanced scorecard: uma abordagem teórica

The present study is characterized as a theoretical essay at the bibliographic level and aims to carry out a theoretical rescue on the theme of the strategy and the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and is justified by the relevance and complexity of this theme. In the development of the study the origin and different perspectives on strategy, and the emergence and concepts about the balanced scorecard were discussed. It is concluded with the present theoretical essay that strategy is fundamental in the administration of organizations, and that the balanced scorecard is an important management tool that seeks to translate strategies into operational terms and can be adopted as an organizational strategy.

O presente estudo caracteriza-se como um ensaio teórico em nível bibliográfico e tem como objetivo realizar um resgate teórico sobre a temática da estratégia e do Balanced Scorecard (BSC), e justifica-se pela relevância e complexidade desta temática. No desenvolvimento do estudo abordou-se a origem e diferentes perspectivas sobre estratégia, e o surgimento e conceitos acerca do balanced scorecard. Conclui-se com o presente ensaio teórico, que a estratégia é fundamental na administração das organizações, e que o balanced scorecard é uma importante ferramenta de gestão que busca traduzir as estratégias em termos operacionais, e pode ser adotada como estratégia organizacional.
