El diseño curricular complejo basado en competencias

    PROBLEMA: El diseño curricular orientado al desarrollo educativo y formativo en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, carece de un método que permita construir en el saber humano el aspecto interpretativo y comprensivo, y que estos permitan desde su aplicación, la construcción de conocimiento, considerando las relaciones entre el hombre, la sociedad, la vida y el mundo. OBJETIVO: Determinar ¿Qué es el diseño curricular complejo basado en competencias? MÉTODO: Se aplicó el método analítico sintético, esto con el fin de comprender por partes el objeto de estudio y luego hacer un análisis de los mismos de manera conjunta. En ese sentido se fue consultando distintas bibliografías y de esa manera comprender que diseño, hace referencia al planteamiento de un plan. RESULTADOS: Un plan orientado a un currículo académico para aplicar el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en el estudiante, asimismo incorporar al mismo las competencias para identificar en el estudiante la pericia, aptitud, capacidad para hacer algo en un asunto determinado en el mercado laboral, y posteriormente incluir a este diseño curricular por competencias la complejidad, para lo cual se analizó las teorías del pensamiento complejo y los sistemas complejos. CONCLUSIÓN: Un pensamiento complejo que nos permita poner en orden, claridad, distinguir el desarrollo de un diseño curricular por competencias, asimismo el analizar los sistemas complejos, el cual es un sistema que presenta propiedades que son el resultado de las interacciones entre sus partes, esta definición ultima nos hace comprender que la elaboración de un diseño curricular por competencias tiene su grado de complejidad.

    PROBLEM: The curricular design oriented to the educational and formative development in the teaching-learning process, lacks a method that allows the construction of the interpretive and comprehensive aspect in human knowledge, and that these allow, from its application, the construction of knowledge, considering the relationships between man, society, life and the world. OBJECTIVE: Determine what is complex competency-based curricular design? METHOD: The synthetic analytical method was applied, this in order to understand the object of study in parts and then analyze them together. In this sense, different bibliographies were consulted and in this way understand that design refers to the approach of a plan. RESULTS: A plan oriented towards an academic curriculum to apply the teaching-learning process in the student, as well as incorporate the skills to identify the student's expertise, aptitude, ability to do something in a specific matter in the labor market, and Subsequently, complexity should be included in this curricular design by competencies, for which the theories of complex thought and complex systems were analyzed. CONCLUSION: A complex thought that allows us to put in order, clarity, distinguish the development of a curricular design by competences, in addition to analyzing complex systems, which is a system that presents properties that are the result of the interactions between its parts, this last definition makes us understand that the elaboration of a curricular design by competences has its degree of complexity.
