Resumen de El abuso sexual infantil: su relación con algunos problemas emocionales

  Los delitos sexuales como transgresiones a las normas legales representan un grave problema de salud, sus efectos son más amplios y duraderos de lo que suele reconocerse y sus consecuencias llegan a alcanzar niveles graves. Con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre abuso sexual infantil y problemas emocionales en un grupo de adolescentes, se realizó un estudio correlacional transversal de metodología mixta de casos y control en un grupo de adolescentes que llegaron al departamento de menores del municipio Artemisa. La muestra estuvo constituida por 10 adolescentes abusados y 10 no abusados para grupo control a los cuales se les aplicaron técnicas como: IDAREN, IDEREN, Composiciones, Dibujo Libre, Rotter de adolescentes y Escala de autoestima. Se realizaron diferentes análisis estadísticos donde se aplicó la Prueba T para muestras independientes y el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que los problemas emocionales fueron la depresión alta, ansiedad alta, baja autoestima y presencia de sentimientos de vergüenza y estigmatización en el grupo de adolescentes abusados y en el grupo control la ansiedad media fue el problema que sobresalió. Se comprobó una correlación entre el abuso sexual infantil y los altos niveles de depresión, autoestima baja y los sentimientos de vergüenza y estigmatización.

  The sexual crimes as transgressions to the legal norms represent a serious problem of health, their effects are wider and more durable of that than it usually recognizes and their consequences end up reaching serious levels. With the objective of determining the relationship between infantile sexual abuse and emotional problems in a group of adolescents, he/she was carried out a study traverse correlacional of mixed methodology of cases and control in a group of adolescents that you/they arrived to the department of smaller than the municipality Artemisa. The sample was not constituted by 10 abused adolescents and 10 abused for group control to which were applied technical as: IDAREN, IDEREN, Compositions, Free Drawing, adolescents' Rotter and Scale of self-esteem. They were carried out different statistical analysis where the Test T was applied for independent samples and the coefficient of correlation of Spearman. The obtained results show that the emotional problems were the high depression, anxiety high, low self-esteem and presence of feelings of shame and stigmatization in the group of abused adolescents and in the group control the half anxiety the problem that stood out was. He/she was proven a correlation among the infantile sexual abuse and the high depression levels, low self-esteem and the feelings of shame and stigmatization.
