Resumen de Representación y representatividad sindical en el sector de la construcción de Paraná Y Santa Fe

  Este artículo recupera hallazgos en lo que hemos llamado representatividad difusa de los sindicatos a nivel de base, a partir la percepción de los propios trabajadores (Mingo, Sarrot y ots. 2012; 2014).La discusión actual acerca del lugar de los gremios abarca concepciones encontradas: algunas avalan este desdibujamiento, haciendo hincapié en la devaluación de su representatividad, y otras describen su fortalecimiento luego del declive de los 90´ y la crisis del 2001, lo cual se palpa más a nivel estructural. En este contexto exponemos avances investigativos acerca de la cuestión sindical desde la mirada de los trabajadores del sector de la construcción, en las ciudades de Paraná y Santa Fe, en los últimos años del Siglo XXI. Para ello nos centramos en los conceptos de representación y representatividad sindical, desde una perspectiva metodológica cualitativa, con el objetivo de efectuar un aporte de carácter exploratorio al estudio de la articulación entre trabajadoresy gremios de la construcción en un área geográfca de vacancia en este tipo de indagaciones.

  This paper retrieves fndings in what we have called blurring of union representation at the grassroots level, based on the perception of the workersthemselves (Mingo, Sarrot y ots. 2012; 2014). The current discussion about the place of the guilds encompasses found conceptions; some support thisblurring, emphasizing the devaluation of its representativeness, and others describe its strengthening after the decline of the 1990s and the crisis of 2001,which is felt more structurally. In this context we present investigative advances on the trade union issue from the perspective of construction workers inthe cities of Paraná and Santa Fe in the last years of the 21st century. For this, we focus on the concepts of representation and union representation, froma qualitative methodological perspective, with the objective of making an exploratory contribution to the study of the articulation between workers andconstruction guilds in a geographical area of vacancy of this type of inquiries.
