Resumen de La constitución del dispositivo educativo en la provincia de San Luis (1832-1882). El caso de la primera huelga docente en la Escuela Normal

En este artículo presentamos algunos avances de una línea de investigación del Proyecto Hacer la historia, construir la memoria. Su impacto en las Ciencias Humanas (UNSL-FCH) en el que reconstruimos la constitución del dispositivo educativo en la provincia de San Luis. En esta oportunidad nos proponemos analizar, desde la perspectiva de una historia de las prácticas de Michel Foucault, los mecanismos desplegados por el gobierno nacional y provincial para expandir la instrucción primaria, proceso que ocurrió paralelamente a la conformación del Estado-nación. Para ello recuperamos la primera huelga docente protagonizada por la Directora de la Escuela Normal Enriqueta Lucio Lucero, quien se resistió ante determinadas prácticas burocráticas aplicadas por el gobierno de San Luis. Realizamos este análisis a partir de las preocupaciones del presente, profundizando en las condiciones de posibilidad históricas identificando transformaciones, rupturas y continuidades en las relaciones de poder entre el gobierno nacional y el provincial.

In this article we present some advances of a line of research of the Project Making history, building memory. Its impact on the Human Sciences (UNSL-FCH) in which we reconstruct the constitution of the educational device in the province of San Luis. In this opportunity we propose to analyze, from the perspective of a history of the practices of Michel Foucault, the mechanisms deployed by the national and provincial government to expand primary education, a process that occurred parallel to the formation of the Nation-State. For this, we recover the first teachers' strike carried out by the Director of the Normal School Enriqueta Lucio Lucero, who resisted certain bureaucratic practices implemented by the government of San Luis. We carry out this analysis based on the concerns of the present, delving into the historical conditions of possibility, identifying transformations, ruptures and continuities in the power relations between the national and provincial governments.
