El artículo presenta hallazgos de investigación sobre las condiciones de ejercicio de la enfermería en el Gran La Plata, provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina, durante la experiencia global de pandemia por COVID-19. Pone en diálogo dos investigaciones, una ligada al Programa de Investigación de la Sociedad Argentina Contemporánea (PISAC COVID-19), y otra inscripta en el Programa Nacional de Incentivos de la SPU del Ministerio de Educación de la Nación. El objetivo de esta presentación es analizar y comprender las formas situadas en que se produjo el desarrollo de las tareas de enfermería con relación al aumento de protocolizaciones y regulaciones, tomando en consideración los procesos de producción de cuidados en su dimensión subjetiva y afectiva. Interesa identificar los modos en que se narran las enfermeras a sí mismas en escenas de alta exigencia y persistente falta de reconocimiento. Se compartirán las tensiones entre la ampliación de protocolos en el marco del abordaje de la pandemia, como forma de regulación de las prácticas y la disminución / mitigación de los contagios, y por otro, la dimensión afectiva como parte constitutiva de la acción profesional de la enfermería.
The article presents research findings on the conditions of nursing practice in Greater La Plata, province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, during the global experience of the COVID 19 pandemic. It puts into dialogue two investigations, one linked to the Research Program of the Contemporary Argentine Society (PISAC - COVID 19 and the other to the National Incentive Program of the SPU of the Ministry of Education of the Nation.The objective of this presentation is to analyze and understand the situated ways in which the development of nursing tasks took place in relation to the increase in protocolizations and regulations and Taking into consideration the processes of care production in their subjective and affective dimension, it is interesting to identify the ways in which nurses narrate themselves in scenes of high demand and persistent lack of recognition.
Tensions will be shared between the expansion of protocols in the framework of addressing the pandemic, as a form of regulation of practices and the reduction / mitigation of infections, and on the other hand, the affective dimension as a constitutive part of the professional action of nursing.
