La gestión administrativa y el desarrollo institucional en la Unidad Educativa Fiscal de Artes “TOHALLI”

    La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la Gestión Administrativa y el Desarrollo Institucional en la Unidad Educativa Fiscal de Artes “Tohalli” del cantón Manta, lo que permitió el establecimiento de los objetivos específicos, mismos que fueron alcanzados a través de la investigación de campo mediante la aplicación de técnicas como encuestas a los Estudiantes, Padres de Familia, así como la entrevista a la autoridad institucional y docentes. Los resultados de la investigación de campo fueron sometidos al análisis y debate teórico bajo la teoría de Henry Fayol, luego de lo cual se establecieron las conclusiones respectivas. Por otra parte, se procedió a realizar el proceso de validación de la hipótesis, llegándose a la conclusión de que la Gestión Administrativa incide significativamente en el desarrollo Institucional de la Unidad Educativa Fiscal de Artes “Tohalli”. La comprobación de la hipótesis, orientó la determinación de recomendaciones.

    The purpose of this research is to analyze the Administrative Management and Institutional Development in the Fiscal Education Unit of Arts "Tohalli" of Manta canton, which allowed the establishment of specific objectives, which were achieved through field research through the application of techniques such as surveys of students, parents, as well as the interview with the institutional authority and teachers. The results of the field research were subjected to theoretical analysis and debate under the theory of Henry Fayol, after which the respective conclusions were established. On the other hand, the hypothesis validation process was carried out, concluding that the Administrative Management has a significant impact in the Institutional development of the Fiscal Education Unit of Arts "Tohalli". The hypothesis test guided the determination of recommendations such as a strategy to strengthen Administrative Management in educational institutions.
