¿Es atinada la decisión de invertir en energías no renovables en méxico?

    El actual presidente electo de la nación, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, así como su gabinete y demás colaboradores, han efectuado pronunciamientos desde la campaña y hasta días actuales perfilados a invertir montos importantes en energías no renovables, mediante la rehabilitación de refinerías existentes, además de nuevas exploraciones en el mismo sentido en diversos puntos del territorio nacional, considerando que con ello se lograrán impactos favorables en los precios de los combustibles, además de disminuir la dependencia y balanza comercial negativa plasmada en las altas importaciones del exterior.

    El presente artículo tiene la finalidad de analizar la situación energética actual en México -con enfoque en los planes del próximo mandatario, arriba citados-, así como la visión en los próximos años y su comparación con la tendencia mundial, con enfoque principal en dos grandes vertientes: las referentes a las energías renovables (limpias) y la no renovables (contaminantes), con la intención de identificar las potenciales desviaciones que, desde el punto de vista del investigador, haya necesidad de modificar, ya sea por la afectación al medio ambiente, a la salud y al erario mismo. Cada comentario es acompañado de una recopilación de fundamentos, doctrinas y opiniones de diversas fuentes, además de la interpretación armónica propia del autor sobre la información recopilada, para concluir con un breve resumen que permita demostrar de manera sencilla el panorama global de los hallazgos y propuestas, y, contestar la pregunta referente a si es atinada la decisión de invertir en energías no renovables en México, o si ello representa una inversión contraria a las buenas prácticas dictadas por las organizaciones mundiales especialistas en la materia. Con la conclusión parte de los fundamentos investigados a lo largo del análisis y desarrollo del escrito, repitiendo de manera literal algunos de ellos, además de agregar opiniones personales donde se detallan los puntos de vista particulares, siempre basados en la objetividad que los resultados permiten discernir. Al final es proporcionado un listado con la bibliografía y fuentes consultadas en orden alfabético, permitiendo una mejor identificación.

    The current president-elect of the nation, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, as well as his cabinet and other collaborators, have made pronouncements since the campaign and up to the current days outlined to invest important amounts in non-renewable energies, through the rehabilitation of existing refineries, in addition to new explorations in the same direction in various points of the national territory, considering that this will achieve favorable impacts on fuel prices, in addition to reducing dependence and negative trade balance reflected in the high imports from abroad.

    The present article has the purpose of analyzing the current energy situation in Mexico -with focus on the plans of the next president, mentioned above-, as well as the vision in the coming years and its comparison with the world trend, with a main focus on two large aspects: those referring to renewable (clean) and non-renewable (polluting) energies, with the intention of identifying potential deviations that, from the point of view of the researcher, need to be modified, either due to the impact on the environment , health and the treasury itself. Each commentary is accompanied by a compilation of fundamentals, doctrines and opinions from different sources, in addition to the author's own harmonic interpretation of the information gathered, to conclude with a brief summary that allows to demonstrate in a simple way the overall panorama of the findings and proposals. , and, answer the question of whether the decision to invest in non-renewable energy in Mexico is correct, or if this represents an investment contrary to good practices dictated by the world's specialized organizations in the field. With the conclusion part of the fundamentals investigated throughout the analysis and development of the writing, repeating in a literal way some of them, besides adding personal opinions where the particular points of view are detailed, always based on the objectivity that the results allow to discern . At the end a list with the bibliography and sources consulted in alphabetical order is provided, allowing a better identification.
