“Psyché. Invenciones del otro” plantea las paradojas de la invención y la repetición: ¿qué se puede aún inventar? ¿Es posible la invención en esta época tecnocientífica de la repetición y los “programas”? Derrida analiza el tema de la invención desde el in-venire del otro. Lo “nuevo”, lo que arriba, es el otro, pero el otro “nunca se deja inventar”.

Inventions of the other” poses the paradoxes of invention and repetition: ¿what remains to be invented? ¿Is invention possible in this technoscientific time, in which repetition and “programmes” prevail? Derrida analyses invention taking as a starting point the in-venire of the other. The “new”, that which arrives, is the other, but the other “never lets itself to be invented”.
