Resumen de Transmisiones en vivo y multiplataforma en tiempos pandémicos desde Brasil: el caso del Seminario sobre Representación Temática de la Información (SERTINF)

  Problemática: ¿Cómo los participantes de las cuatro ediciones remotas de SERTINF evalúan el seminario, desde el punto de vista de su compromiso y el alcance del evento? Objetivo: evaluar los niveles de adhesión de los participantes y el alcance de las cuatro ediciones remotas de SERTINF. Justificativa: La pandemia de COVID-19 ha traído consigo la necesidad de adaptaciones de la sociedad hacia la búsqueda de soluciones, la universidad inclusa. En ese escenario se ha desarrollado una alianza entre el proyecto de extensión Plurissaberes, la Biblioteca de Ciencias Humanas de la Universidad Federal de Ceará y la asignatura de Representación Temática de la Información, del curso de Bibliotecología, con el fin de posibilitar la continuidad del SERTINF de modo remoto. Metodología: Investigación exploratoria. Análisis de las planillas de evaluación y de los chats de las transmisiones en YouTube durante las ediciones remotas del SERTINF. Resultados: la evaluación general obtuvo: Excelente (8,7 %) y en chat: “Excelentes ponencias”, “Fui un evento increíble”, “maravijoso”, además el uso del lenguaje del ciberespacio. Se concluye que, a pesar de la pandemia, las ediciones remotas de SERTINF fueron realizadas con éxito por quienes estuvieron involucrados en esa alianza del Plurissaberes de la Biblioteca con los ponientes y los participantes en Brasil y otros países y que la evaluación de eventos remotos necesita considerar, además de los discursos verbales, los no verbales, como los signos y los lenguajes del ciberespacio.

  Problem: How do the participants of the four remote editions of SERTINF evaluate the seminar, from the point of view of their own commitment to the event and its scope? Objective: to evaluate the levels of participants’ adherence to those events and the scope of the four remote editions of SERTINF. Justification: COVID-19 pandemic has brought the need of adaptation to society, including the university, towards the search for solutions. In that scenario, an alliance has been developed between the extension project Plurissaberes Channel, the Human Sciences Library of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), and the subject Thematic Representation of Information, from the Undergraduate Librarianship Course (UFC), in order to enable the continuity of the SERTINF remotely. Methodology: Exploratory research. Analysis of the evaluation forms and the chats of the transmissions on YouTube during the remote editions of the SERTINF. Results: the general evaluation obtained: Excellent (8.7%) and in chat: “Excellent presentations”, “It was an incredible event”, “wonderful great” (sic), besides using the language of cyberspace. We conclude that, despite the pandemic, the remote editions of SERTINF were successfully carried out by those who were involved in this alliance made by Plurissaberes Channel, the Human Sciences Library of the Federal University of Ceará, the speakers and the participants in Brazil and other countries and that the evaluation of remote events need to consider verbal and non-verbal discourses, such as the signs and languages of the cyberspace.
