This essay is an endeavor of research and analysis about the evidentiarypower as “social relationship”.We takeas referencethe contribution of authors who showed manifestations “visible” and “invisible”. Thinkers in political philosophy, sociology, anthropology and literature: Niccolo Machiavelli, Thomas Hobbes, Charles Montesquieu, David Hume, J.J.Rousseau, Max Weber, George Orwell, John Tolkien, Michel Foucault, Pierre Bourdieu and Georges Balandier. Thus,we investigated the power in their relationships with interdependent values, feelings, emotions, symbols, metaphors and strategies. Pursue their tracks, revealinghis character multifrontal, ie as a social relation transfigured by deception, staging, seduction, love, desire, fantasy. Furthermore, we exposed their dynamic propertiesand changing in time and space. The invisible power demands of the researcher a “look” trained and attentiveto the minutiae elements/phenomena “invisible” reality.

Este ensaio constitui um esforço de investigação e de análise indiciária acerca do poder enquanto “relação social”. Tomamos como referência a contribuição de autores que evidenciaram suas manifestações “visíveis” e “invisíveis”, a saber, pensadores da filosofia política, da sociologia, da antropologia e da literatura: Nicolau Maquiavel, Thomas Hobbes, Charles Montesquieu, David Hume, J. J. Rousseau, Max Weber, George Orwell, John Tolkien, Michel Foucault, Georges Balandier e Pierre Bourdieu. Assim, investigamos o poder em suas relações interdependentes com valores, sentimentos, afetos, símbolos, metáforas e estratégias. Perseguimos seus rastros, revelando seu caráter multifrontal, ou seja, como relação social transfigurada pela dissimulação, encenação, sedução, amor, desejo, fantasia. Ademais, denunciamos suas propriedades dinâmicas e mutantes no tempo e no espaço. O poder invisível exige do pesquisador um “olhar” treinado para as minúcias e atento aos elementos/fenômenos “invisíveis” da realidade.
