Resumen de Importancia de la Implantación del Proceso Contable en una Microempresa Ferretera

  El presente trabajo de investigación titulado importancia de la implantación del proceso contable, se desarrolló en una microempresa ferretera de la ciudad de Riobamba - Ecuador. El objetivo general de este trabajo es: Implantar el proceso contable para establecer los estados financieros en la ferretería “Su Amigo” durante el segundo semestre del año 2018. En el desarrollo del proyecto se utilizó un tipo de investigación documental, recopilando información bibliográfica de textos, de estudios anteriores relacionados con el tema, previo un análisis de la normativa legal tomaron datos de los comprobantes de venta de la microempresa. Entre los principales resultados se destacan: El Estado de Situación Inicial; la jornalización en el libro diario que. Según (Zapata, 2011) “el libro diario es el registro contable principal, en el que se anotan todas las operaciones en forma de asiento.”; el libro mayor. (Bravo, 2011) asevera que “el libro mayor: “Es un registro especial que se utiliza para cada una de las cuentas, con el único fin de conocer el movimiento de cantidades y al final obtener el saldo; a este proceso se lo denomina mayorización.” El Balance de Comprobación; y los estados financieros, el estado de resultados y el estado de situación financiera. Con estos datos que entrega la contabilidad, el dueño de la microempresa puede saber cuál es el resultado que su negocio ha generado; también, cuales son los valores de activos, pasivos y del patrimonio neto. Esta información es muy valiosa para la toma de decisiones.

  The present research work entitled importance of the implementation of the accounting process, was developed in a hardware micro-company in the city of Riobamba - Ecuador. The general objective of this work is: Implement the accounting process to establish the financial statements in the hardware store "Su Amigo" during the second half of 2018. With this data provided by accounting, the owner of the microenterprise can know what is the result that his business has generated; Also, what are the values of assets, liabilities and equity. This information is very valuable for decision making.
