La historia de los medios de comunicación como el cine, la radio y la televisión han tenido una masificación significativa en el último siglo, así como el interés de diferentes líneas investigativas por conocer qué ocurre en dicho contexto u procesos con estos medios y en particular, con el efecto en las audiencias de los mensajes transmitidos a través de ellos.

The history of the communication media such as cinema, radio and television have had a significant massification in the last century, as well as the interest of different lines of investigation to know what happens in said context or processes with these media and in particular, with the effect on the audiences of the messages transmitted through them.
