  • Resumen
    • The interpretation of “Chained Prometheus” through the eyes of modern jurist is, according to the Author, a fascinating and complex experience and gives him the opportunity to measure its meaning and significance with general issues, such as the relationship between (and the division of) powers in the modern democracies, the role of the political decisionmakers and of the judges in the assessment of guarantee and rights, and in the evaluation of disobedience to orders “against humanity” and inhuman treatments.

The Author tried to dig into the text of the tragedy, looking for the overall meaning of some metaphorical or other unexpressed messages that present into it.
