  Al inicio de una nueva gestión de la Municipalidad de Vizcayán Alto se dio término a muchos contratos CAS que ya tenían carácter indeterminado. Ante la protesta de los servidores civiles afectados, la Autoridad Nacional del Servicio Civil - SERVIR actuó de oficio y realizó visitas de supervisión. Después del análisis de una muestra representativa se encontró que hubo incumplimiento en los procedimientos establecidos para efectuar dichas desvinculaciones.

  At the beginning of a new administration of the Municipality of Vizcayán Alto, many CAScontracts that were already indeterminate were terminated. In response to protests from theaffected civil servants, The National Civil Service Authority - SERVIR acted ex officio andconducted supervisory visits. After the analysis of a representative sample, they found that theprocedures established to carry out said dismissals were not complied with.
