Resumen de Todos los hombres del gobernador: ministros y ministerios en la Córdoba radical (1983-1999)

  El presente artículo tiene por objetivo ofrecer un recorrido por la trayectoria de quienes ocuparon las más altas posiciones institucionalizadas dentro de los gobiernos radicales en la provincia de Córdoba durante la hegemonía de la Unión Cívica Radical al frente del ejecutivo de la provincia que abarcó el período 1983-1999. A partir de información diversa proponemos una reconstrucción socio-demográfica y política de los perfiles de los ministros, partiendo de la consideración de que en su designación se pueden identificar patrones sociales de largo plazo junto a otros más coyunturales propios de los escenarios políticos específicos. Estos últimos son los que generan las condiciones sociales de acceso al gabinete. De esta forma, se espera aportar a la comprensión de los mecanismos de selección de los elencos estatales en particular y de las prácticas políticas en general.

  The objective of this article is to offer a journey through the trajectory of those who occupied the highest institutionalized positions within the radical governments in the province of Córdoba during the hegemony of the Radical Civic Union at the head of the executive of the province that spanned the period 1983 -1999. Based on diverse information, we propose a socio-demographic and political reconstruction of the profiles of the ministers, starting from the consideration that long-term social patterns can be identified in their appointment together with other more conjunctural ones typical of the specific political scenarios. The latter are the ones that generate the social conditions of access to the cabinet. In this way, it is expected to contribute to the understanding of the selection mechanisms of state constituencies in particular and of political practices in general.
