    La transición del multilateralismo al nuevo orden multipolar sitúa a todos los actores internacionales ante una disyuntiva. Por un lado, parece necesario flexibilizar posturas y estrategias que fueron válidas en la situación anterior para reposicionarse según las nuevas reglas del juego.     The transition from multilateralism to the new multipolar order places all international actors before a dilemma.
