Resumen de Cartografía social digital: una apuesta de recuperación de memoria histórica desde la comunicación gráfica

  Esta investigación propone la creación de un medio gráfico digital con el fin de suplir una necesidad visual e histórica en el municipio de Zipaquirá respecto al Festival Turístico Salinero, uno de los eventos más importantes en las décadas de 1960 y 1970. Se trabajó bajo la metodología cualitativa expositiva, que abarcó aspectos como la cartografía, la fotografía y los relatos orales de personas que asistieron a dicho evento. En cada una de estas singularidades se recolectó información y estudió en cuatro etapas. Inicialmente, el banco de fotografías que se creó basado en la búsqueda de archivos fotográficos nacionales, locales y personales, seguido por la interpretación de aquellos registros, según el esquema representativo de Marzal Felici (2007) y, finalmente, la publicación de la herramienta y la posterior medición del alcance en los zipaquireños de la misma. Lo anterior favoreció la construcción de una visión general respecto al patrimonio, la reconstrucción de la memoria histórica y la implementación de herramientas digitales en el municipio de Zipaquirá, lo que permitió afirmar que este municipio presenta obstáculos en relación con el acceso a esta información tan importante en el desarrollo cultural de sus habitantes, lo que generó el desconocimiento del pueblo ante estos sucesos, y la presencia constante de dificultades para desarrollar procesos investigativos relacionados con el Festival Turístico Salinero.

  This research proposes the creation of a digital graphic media in order to meet a visual and historical need in the municipality of Zipaquirá regarding the Salt Tourist Festival, one of the most important events in the 1960s and 1970s. We worked under the expository qualitative methodology, which included aspects such as cartography, photography and oral accounts of people who attended the event. In each of these singularities, information was collected and studied in four stages. Initially, the photographic bank was created based on the search of national, local and personal photographic archives, followed by the interpretation of those records, according to the representative scheme of Marzal Felici (2007) and, finally, the publication of the tool and the subsequent measurement of its scope among Zipaquireños. The aforementioned favored the construction of a general vision regarding heritage, the reconstruction of the historical memory and the implementation of digital tools in the municipality of Zipaquirá, which allowed affirming that this municipality presents obstacles in relation to the access to this information so important in the cultural development of its inhabitants, which generated the ignorance of the people before these events, and the constant presence of difficulties to develop investigative processes related to the Salinero Tourist Festival.
