Crisis venezolana en el siglo XXI: reflexión desde su impacto en la docencia universitaria e investigación. Implicación Bioética

    Venezuela transita momentos difíciles, una crisis social sin precedente la mantiene anquilosada; no hay suficiente producción de petróleo, menos de gasolina y gas doméstico. El parque industrial ha mermado considerablemente igual la producción agrícola y ganadera. Todo esto promueve la actual situación de pobreza y pobreza extrema donde está sumida gran parte de la población venezolana. A esta crisis, se suma ausencia de obligaciones morales y ética que deberían exhibir los líderes del gobierno; militares, civiles y quienes ejercen una profesión; es decir, actuar bajo principios y reglas éticas que regulen y guíen su actividad, bajo la base de la conciencia y responsabilidad moral. Ante esta crisis del siglo XXI, una plataforma bioética es la clave de actuación de los ciudadanos venezolanos para revertirla. Del abordaje fenomenológico y documental surge como propósito la reflexión sobre el aprendizaje surgido de esta crisis; especialmente, el docente universitario, cómo le ha impactado.

    Repensar sobre su accionar y los atributos a fortalecer y así poder compartir, transmitir y enseñar a partir de este contexto histórico social venezolano.

    Venezuela is going through difficult times, an unprecedented social crisis keeps it stagnant; there is not enough oil production, less gasoline and domestic gas. The industrial park has also considerably reduced agricultural and livestock production. All this promotes the current situation of poverty and extreme poverty where a large part of the Venezuelan population is submerged. Added to this crisis is the absence of moral and ethical obligations that government leaders should exhibit;

    military, civil and those who exercise a profession;

    that is, to act under ethical principles and rules that regulate and guide their activity, based on conscience and moral responsibility. Faced with this 21st century crisis, a bioethical platform is the key to action by Venezuelan citizens to reverse it. From the phenomenological and documentary approach, the purpose arises to reflect on the learning that emerged from this crisis; especially, the university teacher, how it has impacted him. Rethink about their actions and the attributes to strengthen and thus be able to share, transmit and teach from this Venezuelan social historical context.
