Resumen de Processos sociais planejados ou não planejados? produção de sentidos sobre a inclusão de pessoas com deficiência no contexto universitário brasileiro

In order to seek answers about the social process of inclusion in higher education of the target audience of special education in the Brazilian context, we map and analyze twenty six official and technical documents related to inclusion. We subsidize ourselves through the studies of Norbert Elias's figurative sociology for theoretical and methodological foundation. The documents point out that inclusive attitudes take different directions in order to have as a configuration a society of people without disabilities and are those that produce the deficiencies to the individuals socially marginalized by their condition.

A fim de procurar respostas sobre o processo social de inclusão no ensino superior do público-alvo da educação especial no contexto brasileiro, realizamos o mapeamento e análise de vinte seis documentos oficiais e técnicos referentes à inclusão. Subsidiamo-nos por meio dos estudos da sociologia figuracional de Norbert Elias para a fundamentação teórica e metodológica. Os documentos apontam que as atitudes inclusivas tomam diferentes direções por ter como configuração uma sociedade de pessoas sem deficiência e são essas que produzem as deficiências aos indivíduos marginalizados socialmente por sua condição.
