    El tumor de células granulares o tumor de Abrikossoff es una entidad rara que aparece en el género femenino de mediana edad. Su ubicación frecuente es en cabeza y cuello, siendo atípica su localización a nivel colorrectal y perianal. Su diagnóstico clínico es dificultoso, y requiere su confirmación mediante el estudio anatomopatológico e inmunohistoquímica. Su tratamiento lo constituye la escisión local con márgenes de seguridad y el posterior seguimiento del paciente.

    El objetivo es presentar el caso clínico de una mujer de 54 años con este diagnóstico, para su correlación clínica y tratamiento.

    The granular cell tumor, or Abrikossoff tumor, is a rare pathology that appears in the middle-aged female gender. The frequent location is in the head and neck, being atypical the colorectal location or perianal location. Its clinical diagnosis is difficult, and requires confirmation by means of the anatomopathological and immunohistochemical study. Its treatment is constituted by local excision with safety margins and subsequent follow-up of the patient.

    The objective is to present the clinical case of a 54-year-old woman with this diagnosis, for her clinical correlation and treatment.
