Resumen de Los programas educativos en los centros penitenciarios de Guantánamo: ¿utopía o realidad?

  La presente investigación tiene como valía un estudio científico que delimita las insuficiencias existentes en la aplicación de los Programas Educativos en los Centros Penitenciarios Provinciales de Guantánamo. Encaminada a elaborar pautas teóricas para el perfeccionamiento de los mismos, con el objetivo de brindar una mejor protección y reinserción del sancionado a la sociedad y facilitar con ello el actuar de los funcionarios que operan con el sistema. Para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos se emplearon métodos teóricos generales de las ciencias: histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis, inducción-deducción; métodos específicos de las investigaciones jurídicas de orientación teórica: teórico-jurídico, jurídico-comparativo, exegético y el método empírico: análisis de contenido.

  The present investigation has like it was worth a scientific study that defines the existent inadequacies in the application of the Educational Programs in the Provincial Penitentiary Centers of Guantánamo. Guided to elaborate theoretical rules for the improvement of the same ones, with the objective of to offer a better protection and reinsertion of the one sanctioned to the society and to facilitate with it acting of the officials that operate with the system. To reach the proposed objectives methods theoretical generals of the sciences they were used: historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction; specific methods of the juridical investigations of theoretical orientation: theoretical-juridical, juridical-comparative, exegetic and the empiric method: content analysis.
