Acompañamiento universitario: entrenamiento a maestros primarios en el tratamiento de las magnitudes, en el cuarto grado de la escuela primaria

    El acompañamiento universitario a maestros primarios que imparten la asignatura matemática en el 4to grado se erige como eje del artículo, desde el cual se analiza el tratamiento al contenido de las magnitudes. En ese interés el objetivo del artículo es analizar los fundamentos teóricos que sustentan el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje de las magnitudes y en específico se proyecta en reconocer el valor del acompañamiento universitario del CUM en la realización del entrenamiento a maestros del 4to grado de la educación primaria, de modo que se favorezca el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje con una propuesta de actividades, principal resultado del entrenamiento realizado. Los contenidos versan en el acompañamiento universitario a los maestros primarios de 4to grado, los fundamentos teóricos que sustentan el proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje de las magnitudes y las habilidades de medición, estimación, y conversión, según objetivos del grado, con ejemplos de ejercicios. Las conclusiones develan como el análisis de los fundamentos teóricos facilitó la realización del entrenamiento y consolidó la gestión del conocimiento desde el acompañamiento universitario al favorecer la preparación de los maestros en la enseñanza – aprendizaje de las magnitudes, a partir del diagnóstico que mostro las insuficiencias para luego presentar la consideración de una propuesta de ejercicios y su puesta en práctica mejorará el tratamiento de las magnitudes en el cuarto y posibilitará que los escolares logren el desarrollo de un aprendizaje desarrollador.

    The university accompaniment to primary teachers that they give the mathematical subject of study in the 4to grade stands straight like axle of the article, from the one that one examines the treatment from to the contents of the magnitudes. The objective of the article is to examine the theoretic foundations that they support in that interest the process of teaching – learning of the magnitudes and in I specify grade of the primary education, so that the process of teaching be favored projects in recognizing the value of the university accompaniment of the CUM in the realization of the workout to teachers of the 4to – learning with a proposal of activities, principal result of the realized workout. The contentses versify in the university accompaniment grade, the theoretic foundations that hold the process of teaching to the primary teachers of 4to – learning of the magnitudes and the abilities of measurement, esteem, and conversion, according to objectives of the grade with examples, of exercises. The findings reveal like the analysis of the theoretic foundations you made easy the realization of the workout and you consolidated the step of the knowledge from the university accompaniment when favoring the preparation of the teachers in teaching – learning of the magnitudes, as from the diagnosis that evidenced the insufficiencies stops next presenting the consideration of a proposal of exercises and his implementation you will improve the treatment of the magnitudes at the room and you will make possible that students achieve the development of a learning developer.
