Resumen de Os Jogos Escolares de Rondônia a partir da perspectiva de professores de educação física finalistas da modalidade de futsal

  Introduction: The Purpose of the School Games of the State of Rondônia (PSGSR) is to promote, through sports, the socio-affective, educational and cultural interrelationship between young people who are part of the educational system of Rondônia, providing them with the opportunity to participate in building citizenship, raising the ideals of fraternity, solidarity, a culture of peace among peoples and also fairplay, in addition to bringing together students and professionals from the different regions of the State of Rondônia. Objective: Describe the perspective of Physical Education teachers from futsal finalist schools in the children's category on the Rondônia School Games, Porto Velho stage, in relation to team training, office hours, difficulties located, the distribution of students in vacancies, the positive points and the experience of being in the final. Materials and methods: The present study is classified as exploratory, descriptive, with a qualitative approach. Four physical education teachers from the schools that reached the final phase of the municipal stage of the PSGSR, in the futsal modality, in the children's category of the PSGSR, participated in it. Semi-structured interviews were used for data collection. Results: In relation to the training of the teams, the teachers carried out it in the opposite shift of theclasses. About training and remuneration only one of the teachers received for this purpose. The difficulties most faced in preparing the teams were document bureaucracy, parental release, lack of food and financial support. Regarding the selection methods of the students, it was found that the majority used selective, analysis of students' interest and better behavior. The positive points found were greater visibility and recognition of the school and support from parents. As for the experience of being in the final, the teachers point out the importance of participating in competitive games and how rewarding it was to experience that moment. Conclusion: It was concluded that in the perception of teachers of school games in Rondônia, they conceive positivefactors promoting an important role in the socialization and experience of student competition in games. And, despite some negative factors, teachers remain motivated and try to encourage their students to participate in the games.

  Introdução: Os Jogos Escolares do Estado de Rondônia (JOER) têm a finalidade de promover, por meio da prática esportiva, a inter-relação sócio afetiva, educacional e cultural entre os jovens que fazem parte do sistema educacional de Rondônia, propiciando aos mesmos a oportunidade de participar na construção da cidadania, elevando os ideais de fraternidade, solidariedade, cultura da paz entre os povos e também o fair-play, além de reunir os estudantes e profissionais das diversas regiões do Estado de Rondônia. Objetivo: Descrever a perspectiva dos professores de Educação Física de escolas finalistas da modalidade de futsal, categoria infantil, sobre o JOER, etapa Porto Velho, em relação aos treinamentos das equipes, o horário de expediente, às dificuldades encontradas, à distribuição dos alunos nas vagas, aos aspectos positivos e à experiência de estar na final. Materiais e métodos: O presente estudo classifica-se como exploratório, descritivo, de abordagem qualitativa. Participaram dele quatro professores de Educação física das escolas que alcançaram a fase final da etapa municipal do JOER, na modalidade futsal, na categoria infantil do JOER. Foram utilizadas entrevistas semi-estruturadas para coleta de dados. Resultados: Em relação ao treinamento das equipes os professores realizavam no contra turno das aulas. Sobre treinamento e remuneração apenas um dos professores recebia para este fim. As dificuldades na preparação das equipes relatadas com maior frequência foram burocracia de documentos, liberação dos pais, a falta de alimentação e apoio financeiro. Referente aos métodos de seleção dos alunos foram encontrados que a maioria utilizava seletivas, análise de interesse dos alunos e melhor comportamento. Os aspectos positivos encontrados foram maior visibilidade e reconhecimento da escola e apoio dos pais. Quanto à experiência de estar na final os professores apontam a importância da participação nos jogos competitivos e o quanto foi gratificante vivenciar esse momento. Conclusão: Na percepção dos professores os jogos escolares de Rondônia concebem fatores positivos promovendo um papel importante na socialização e a vivência competitiva dos alunos nos jogos. E, apesar de alguns fatores negativos, os professores permanecem motivados e procuram incentivar seus alunos na participação dos jogos.
