Resumen de Organización de archivos en el desarrollo institucional: caso Gobernación Provincial de Manabí

  El presente estudio permite dar cumplimiento al objetivo de describir el procesamiento técnico de la organización de los archivos físicos y digitales en la Gobernación Provincial de Manabí para detallar los estados de ingreso, gestión, circulación y conservación de archivos dentro de la institución. La investigación realizada define a profundidad la temática presentada y se enumeran los principales soportes utilizados. Para la organización de archivos se rige en la Norma ISO 15489 y la ISO-30300. Este estudio es de tipo observacional y descriptivo, debido a que se recurrió al lugar de los hechos para la indagación de datos e informaciones; se hizo uso del método bibliográfico para el análisis de los elementos teóricos conceptuales del tema y que sirvió de base para definir la organización de archivos. Como técnicas se procedió a aplicar una ficha de observación para el análisis de los datos y entrevista al responsable del archivo de la Gobernación de Manabí. Como resultados se destaca que en la Gobernación Provincial de Manabí, no se cuenta con documento técnico para organizar y ordenar la información; sin embargo, se rige con la norma que estipula la Contraloría General del Estado y la Ley de Archivo Nacional. La documentación está organizada en forma física en series documentales de forma cronológica, numérica, alfabética y alfanumérica de acuerdo al área a la que pertenecen en un 100%y en soporte digital en un 92% y el 8% faltante se encuentra el proceso de digitalización.

  The present study allows to fulfill the objective of describing the technical processing of the organization of physical and digital archives in the Provincial Government of Manabí to detail the states of entry, management, circulation and conservation of archives within the institution. The research carried out defines in depth the theme presented and the main supports used are listed. The organization of files is governed by ISO 15489 and ISO-30300. This study is observational and descriptive, because the place of the facts was used to investigate data and information; the bibliographic method was used for the analysis of the conceptual theoretical elements of the topic and that served as a basis for defining the organization of archives. As techniques, an observation sheet was applied to analyze the data and interview the person in charge of the archive of the Governorate of Manabí. As a result, it should be noted that in the Provincial Government of Manabí, there is no technical document to organize and file the information; however, it is governed by the rule stipulated by the State Comptroller General and the National Archives Law. The documentation is organized in physical form in documentary series, in chronological, numerical, alphabetic and alphanumeric form according to the area to which they belong in 100% and in digital support in 92% and the missing 8% is the digitalization process.
