Resumen de Vergänglichkeit: una lectura comparada

  Este artículo de reflexión se propone dar cuenta de algunos problemas de traducción que ineludiblemente atraviesan cualquier lectura del texto freudiano en otras lenguas. El examen del texto Vergänglichkeit (1916) mediante una lectura comparativa muestra: primero, la imposibilidad de disociar forma y contenido en la escritura freudiana; segundo, la importancia, al momento de pesquisar su argumentación, de considerar, por un lado, la dimensión material de la palabra (freudiana) y, por el otro, su carácter fugaz; tercero, atender a las traslaciones intra e interlingüísticas necesarias, forzosas o antojadizas, en particular, cuando el razonamiento se topa con lo indecible; cuarto, la imposibilidad de que una traducción, por muy exhaustiva que se pretenda, sea definitiva.

  This article intends to account for some translation problems that inevitably cross any reading of the Freudian text in other languages. The examination of the text Vergänglichkeit (1916) through a comparative reading shows: first, the impossibility of dissociating form and content in Freudian writing; second, the importance, when investigating his argumentation, of considering, on the one hand, the material dimension of the (Freudian) word and, on the other, its fleeting nature; third, attending to the necessary, forced or whimsical intra- and interlinguistic translations, in particular, when reasoning comes up against the unsayable; fourth, the impossibility of a translation, no matter how exhaustive it is intended, to be definitive.
