Resumen de Intervención educativa en obesos mayores de 20 años consultorio 5: Cascorro

  Se realizó una intervención educativa en el consultorio 5 del Policlínico Docente "Nguyen Van Troi", Guáimaro entre octubre del 2017 y junio del 2018 con el objetivo de elevar el conocimiento sobre la obesidad. El universo estuvo constituido por 32 obesos con edades entre los 20 y 60 años. La intervención constó de tres etapas: diagnóstica, intervención y evaluación. La información se obtuvo mediante la observación, la entrevista, la historia clínica individual y un cuestionario. Finalmente se recogió en una planilla de recolección de datos. Se analizaron las variables, edad, sexo, tipo de obesidad y conocimiento sobre la definición, los factores de riesgo, las enfermedades asociadas, las complicaciones y el tratamiento de la obesidad. La información se procesó de forma computarizada y se presentó en texto y tablas. Se encontró que predominaron los obesos de cuatro décadas de vida, de sexo femenino con obesidad central que antes de la intervención educativa mostraron conocimiento insuficiente sobre la obesidad y después de desarrollado el programa educativo prevaleció el conocimiento suficiente. Se concluyó que la intervención educativa elevó el conocimiento en los obesos del consultorio 5 de Cascorro.

  Came true an educational intervention at the doctor's office 5 of the Teaching Poly-Clinician Nguyen Van Troi, Guáimaro, enter October of the 2017 and June of the 2018 for the sake of raising the knowledge on obesity. The universe was composed of 32 obese with ages between the 20 and 60 years. The intervention consisted of three stages: Diagnose, intervention and evaluation. The information was obtained by means of the observation, you interview her, the individual case history and a questionnaire. Finally you withdrew in a payroll of collection of data. They examined variables, age, sex, type of obesity and knowledge on the definition, the risk factors, the correlated diseases, the complications and the treatment of obesity. The information was processed of computerized form and you showed up in text and tie. It was found that the obese ones belonging to four decades of life, of female sex with central obesity predominated than they showed insufficient knowledge on the obesity before the educational intervention and after of once the educational program was developed the knowledge prevailed enough. It was concluded that the educational intervention uplifted the knowledge in the obese ones belonging to the doctor's office 5 of Cascorro.
