Resumen de Política pública enfocada al sector turístico: fundamentos pedagógicos para la formación profesional

  Los procesos de enseñanza son importantes en la formación profesional, el aporte sobre los referentes teóricos del área de estudio permiten vincular las destrezas pedagógicas y cognitivas que deben estar intrínseca dentro del profesional, en este caso el estudiante que cursan la materia de legislación turística debe desarrollar competencias agiles, interseccionales que permitan vincular la experiencia, la practicidad y la aplicación de códigos para que logren un desenvolvimiento un su accionar como futuros profesionales. El objetivo de la investigación es identificar el nivel de bibliografía utilizada sobre el área de legislación turística mediante el uso de instrumentos y técnicas que estarán descritas en el proceso de la investigación. Como punto de inicio se pretende dar a conocer al lector una sistematización de información referente a la temática legislativa; aproximando los niveles micro, meso y maso, y que actividades se presentan en el desarrollo investigativo: El instrumento denominado encuesta determina de cuanto es el nivel de conocimiento que tienen los estudiantes sobre la materia de legislación turística, y los ficheros bibliográficos evalúan los títulos existentes sobre el volumen de textos que son utilizados en el área de la legislación. Los principales resultados indican que los contenidos de enseñanza son buenos y que aportan de manera significa a la competencia profesional. En el estado situacional de la investigación es importante la actualización de textos científicos que brinden mayor aporte sobre el área de estudio y que permitan fomentar la pedagogía turística con grados efectividad.

  The teaching processes are important in the professional training, the contribution on the theoretical references of the study area allows linking the pedagogical and cognitive skills that must be intrinsic within the professional, in this case the professional who crosses the subject of tourism legislation must develop Agile, intersectional competences that allow linking experience, practicality and the application of codes so that they can develop their actions as professionals.

  The objective of the research is to identify the level of bibliography used in the area of tourism legislation through the use of instruments and techniques that will be described in the research process. As a starting point, it is intended to inform the reader of a systematization of information regarding the legislative theme; Approaching the micro, meso and maso levels, and what activities are presented in the research development, the survey instrument proposes in a propositive way the level of knowledge that students have on the subject of tourism legislation, and the bibliographic files evaluate the existing titles on the volume of texts that are used in the area of legislation. The main results indicate that the teaching contents are good and that they contribute in a meaningful way to professional competence. In the situational state of research, it is important to update scientific texts that provide greater input on the area of study and that allow promoting tourism pedagogy with degrees of effectiveness.
