Resumen de La UPREZ, una experiencia pedagógica alternativa

El contexto social, económico y político de la década de los ochenta, es propicio para la conformación de grupos que protestan y denuncian la condición de marginación, de exclusión y de explotación de la que están siendo objeto, en este escenario surge la Unión Popular Revolucionaria Emiliano Zapata (UPREZ). Se describe brevemente su origen, el sentido político y pedagógico de su propuesta educativa, como una significación en la que se entreteje lo político y lo pedagógico, expresado en el uso metafórico de la organización como escuela y a través de las acciones colectivas que realiza para presenciarse como sujeto educativo. Los movimientos sociales actualmente no son solo una reacción al conflicto estructural, sino acciones mediadas por dinámicas y prácticas sociales distintas. Desde esta postura la investigación tiene como finalidad comprender las experiencias educativas de las escuelas de la UPREZ. La metodología que se utilizó consistió en la revisión de bibliografía referente a la temática, la técnica empleada es la entrevista semiestructurada, el enfoque es de carácter cualitativo y se consideró que las voces de los fundadores son de vital importancia ya que en ellas se aprecia el significado de las experiencias que han tenido como docentes en las escuelas de organización. Las conclusiones a las que se arriba después del arduo recorrido de la investigación, son las significaciones diversas que los fundadores otorgaron a su práctica a partir de sus experiencias, pero también como estas han evolucionado a partir del contexto y de su participación como organización social ante la situación política actual.

The social, economic and political context of the 1980s was conducive to the formation of groups that protested and denounced the condition of marginalization, exclusion and exploitation to which they were being subjected. It was in this scenario that the Unión Popular RevolutionariesEmiliano Zapata (UPREZ) emerged. Its origin is brieflydescribed, as well as the political and pedagogical meaning of its educational proposal, as a meaning in which the political and pedagogical are interwoven, expressed in the metaphorical use of the organization as a school and through the collective actions it carries out to be present as an educational subject. Social movements today are not only a reaction to structural conflict, but actions mediated by different social dynamics and practices. From this position, the research aims to understand the educational experiences of the schools of the UPREZ. The methodology used consisted of a review of the literature on the subject, the technique used is the semi-structured interview, the approach is qualitative and it was considered that the voices of the founders are of vital importance since they appreciate the meaning of the experiences they have had as teachers in the schools of organization. The conclusions reached after the arduous journey of the research are the diverse meanings that the founders gave to their practice based on their experiences, but also how these have evolved based on the context and their participation as a social organization in the face of the current political situation.
