  Este artículo busca conocer el uso del tiempo libre en los estudiantes de la institución educativa liceo la pradera, ya que conocemos que el óptimo aprovechamiento del tiempo libre es beneficioso por que este nos permite salir de lo rutinario y realizar actividades recreativas y físicas ayudan al mejoramiento de nuestra salud. Este tiene como objetivo Diseñar una estrategia para el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre en los estudiantes de octavo grado de la institución educativa liceo la pradera de Montería/Córdoba. En la cual se aplicó una encuesta de ocho preguntas a 50 estudiantes ,40 de grado octavo con relación al usó del tiempo libre fuera de la institución. Se obtuvieron buenos resultados que son el resultado del trabajo de los docentes de la institución, pero a su vez se puede seguir mejorando en los habitantes para aprovechar el tiempo libre. Durante toda la investigación se trabajo con los docentes, estudiantes y comunicación educativa en general para el desarrollo de la investigación y la obtención de los resultados.

  This article seeks to know the use of free time in the students of the Liceo la Pradera educational institution, since we know that the optimal use of free time is beneficial because it allows us to get out of the routine and carry out recreational and physical activities that help to improve of our health. This aims to design a strategy for the use of free time in eighth grade students of the Liceo la Pradera educational institution in Montería/Córdoba. In which a survey of eight questions was applied to 50 students, 40 of eighth grade in relation to the use of free time outside the institution. Good results were obtained that are the result of the work of the teachers of the institution, but in turn it is possible to continue improving the inhabitants to take advantage of their free time. Throughout the research, work was done with teachers, students and educational communication in general for the development of the research and obtaining the results.
